The new term has got going really well with a wide range of activities taking place.

Explorers have been spending a lot of time at the new site tidying, and trimming. They also used the camp fire to cook on, just to test it out! A cycling camp is coming up at half term.

At the other end of our age range the Beavers have been learning about helping people with dementia type illnesses, have been on a scavenger hunt and are going climbing.

Tiger cubs have been focusing on cycling and road safety and the Wolf Cubs have been air rifle shooting.

Pioneer Scouts have been having fun with the Photography Badge and have a portfolio of pictures on the theme of “looking up”. Thank you to the Church for accommodating us for this activity. A life saving skills session is planned.

Our fund raising team are producing a calendar with local views as the theme, look out for this on sale or contact any leader for a copy. Thank you to all who have taken adverts.

We have a fund Raising Quiz on 1st December in Hoxne Village. Teams of up to 6, £5 a head, bring a picnic for half time. Bar, Raffle, Calendar sales and Christmas Crafts. Contact Michael on 01379 668060 to book a table.
